This is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with. They’re rude. The customer service is disgusting. They hold checks for a long amount of time way over the time needed. I would never recommend this bank for anybody.
Just went through Rigo for a home loan and had a great experience. He’s very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend getting a quote and would work with him again in the future. I hope you have as good as an experience as I had.
I needed my car refinanced and Mark Cook and his team were extremely helpful in doing so. They answered any and all of my questions. Mark went above and beyond in his service when the former company I had financed with had not applied the pay off correctly.
