Not a customer here, but we took shelter during severe weather and they were the best hosts i’ve ever had. If they take care of your money half as well as they took care of us, you’re in good hands. They gave us ice cream and water and helped with any questions we had, especially when our phone data stopped working. 10/10 would get stuck here in severe weather again.

The New Waverly branch is the location that I regularly bank at and it has been such a wonderful experience since I started banking with First Financial a little over a year ago. The customer service that they give is very welcoming . The employees at this branch seem to make it a point to get to know their customers by name and engaging in small talk.
