Very rude employees. My guess is they were upset due to closing our account. I did so because literally everything you want to set up is a lengthy process (i.e. transfers)We were then charged $25.00 to close the account before having it open for 180 days. The management was also rude. Didn't say a word to us when she came over to the desk to assist the bank teller in closing our account.
Not a customer here, but we took shelter during severe weather and they were the best hosts i’ve ever had. If they take care of your money half as well as they took care of us, you’re in good hands. They gave us ice cream and water and helped with any questions we had, especially when our phone data stopped working. 10/10 would get stuck here in severe weather again.
