Lauren the supervisor at this location is AMAZING! I had some account issues and after many attempts of getting assistance at other branches, I met Lauren. She jumped into action and really took pride into fixing the issue and made me feel so valued as a customer of this bank. I wanted to switch but after working with Lauren I was reminded exactly why I choose to stay with FFB!! Lauren needs a raise, she is AWESOME!!!
