I only gave this bank 2 stars because they were going to charge me $10 to cash one of their own customers business checks. Not going to happen. In my opinion, banks who overcharge customers to cash a check that much are ridiculous . The manager was really direct by saying that's what they charge. I just deposited the check into my own bank on the app and called it a happy day. No biggie.
