ATM is inaccessible until they open the lobby doors. Made a trip down here before work and was prohibited from accessing the ATM. Even the doorman stationed in the lobby claims he's not allowed to let me in. Terrible

Great employees! I just wish they stayed open later on Friday.
This is the worst bank ever do not bank with them! Go elsewhere , they don't care about their members they just want a quick buck. I should have stayed with Wright Patt credit union they are way better and treat you like a person and they are very helpful unlike first financial.
