I've been banking with First Financial Bank for 4 and a half years now. Being located in Urbana, this is the closest branch to me. The branch manager, by the name of Joyce, is extremely rude. She also caused 2 errors within my accounts that created sticky and unsavory situations with businesses I work with. Now, if I want to avoid dealing with her I have to drive to Champaign in order to do my business, which is quite inconvenient. I've reported her twice, but unfortunately have not heard back.
