I have been with this bank since my first job (7 years ago). I always enjoy talking with the tellers and they all know me by name. They have worked with me on checking &saving accounts and loans. They have suggested plans based on my needs. Every teller (except one) is patient and will spend however much time it takes to meet my needs. They are typical when it comes to overdraft fees, and their interest rates change A LOT! But I have never chose to change my bank... I believe this is the most reliable bank in Marshall!
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Of course, thats not saying a lot since 99% of the banks out there are greedy money grabbing whores. FB&T is the worst of them. Avoid!

We had one "back-up" checking account here for 2 years. We became dissatisfied with our regular bank of 25+ years. I moved everything over to FB&T and havent regretted it one bit. The folks behind the counter, whom I dont know, have always been very patient and pleasant to work with. We have borrowed money a time or two as well and the loan officers are great at explaining the process in every day English, not the usual Banker-ese". I cant recommend this bank enough!
