We used this service for 2 years, 2021 and 2022. The first year they missed $1500 in covid related money. The IRS amended the return. We made mention of this the next year (we waited to late to go elsewhere). They did not even acknowledge the mistake more a less apologize. The second year they missed another $400+ due to lack of diligence. Our current preparer found this and is amending that return.
