I beg to differ with Jean Becker. We've been with FF for almost 10 years and have never received any rudeness whatsoever. This is a great team of players with knowledge and caring hearts. Give them call to find out for yourself.
Mr. Justin Dickey is an very helpful person. Very experienced in all aspects of helping with your insurance needs. One downfall of the company, you may not want to call the office in New Braunfels. The lady, Nancy, that answers the phone is not very polite and actually rude. This Will leave a bad taste in your month about the company. But as I said before. MR. DICKEY IS GREAT!
