I have placed several orders with FFR. The first was for a 1oz gold eagle at cost. which at the time turned out to be less than the spot price since the spot price was going through wild price changes at the time. My most recent order was for 5 silver eagles. The lowest cost I could find, period. Delivery has always been fast. Now to the negative if you can call it one. The brokers, or salesman maybe a better description are very pushy. But to be fair, what salesmen are not. That's their job. This is really fresh in my mind ... read more
My father in law had purchased coins. He recently passed and we cannot get Sean Simpson who was the person working with him to provide us information so we can sell the coins. I've left numerous messages and emails with no reply. I then left a message for Mike Fujentez and he hasn't returned my call either so I can't even get the information I need in order to cash out the coins.
