Love, love FFB!! They saw us as people and looked at our unique situation when applying for a home equity line. The big, big bank we had been with for YEARS just saw us as numbers in a certain algorithm despite having had a stellar record with them for 30+ years. Customer service at FFB is amazing. They give a small town experience, and I love it!
This bank and it’s amazing staff deserve 25 stars if possible. They have never failed to go above and beyond for my office. 12/31/24//13:53 CST Update My inaugural visit was a one-time event. In the years I've been with them, there is always a friendly greeting. Everybody is nice and efficient. I've been with many different banks and credit unions over many decades but this place is the absolute best. They've refinanced my new car, saving me loads of $$. I also bought a house through them.
