At 12:05 AM on the 4th my account was positive. At 12:30 AM my account was negative. I ran to the atm to make a cash deposit within a couple hours. By 3 AM my account was in the positive. When I signed up for this account, I was told that if you overdraft and take care of it within 24 hours, the overdraft fee would be waived. Came to get a cashiers check and to have a form notarized. Ladies inside were super fast and friendly! Great service!!
I've been banking at FFB for 23 years. This is the branch I use most. They always have great service.
My banks' ATM was down so stopped at this bank. The ATM gave me a hundred dollar bill (!) but I needed smaller bills. Being the only one in the drive through I turned around and asked for the hundred to be broke down and they refused. I do not and never will have an account there.
Great bank, terrible branch. Staffed by kids fresh from high school that lack basic knowledge of banking systems and concepts like what a DBA is.
