Years ago used to be a good customer-service oriented medium size bank. In recent years, they've gotten too big, too impersonal, shortened their hours and made too many "improvements" to their online banking that made it LESS user friendly and far less reliable. Seems like at least once a week their system goes down so you cannot access your account info. They should consider replacing their IT director and taking about 3 steps back to a simpler online banking system... especially if they're going to push us away from using ... read more
