My Husband and I Really appreciate First Federal Savings Bank. We have all of our accounts there and I’ve never been treated as wonderful as we get treated when we go to the bank or even call in for information about something. They always get your answers quickly.
We currently have a mortgage with them and have been trying to get an equity loan. Their "guidelines" and parameters for qualifying are not attainable to the average person who has had to deal with credit issues. 4 years ago we had serious health issues that plunged our family into quite a lot of debt. We settled on all that debt and are current with those payments. We did not declare bankruptcy, we dug our way out and are owning our debt. Do they care? Do not recommend, the manager can't even do the job right, with the way banking is going I wouldn't trust this bank with my money
