This bank is hands down the worst bank in Rochester, Indiana. First of all, when I opened my account, the woman who opened it took down the wrong social security number, and then blamed ME when the account couldn't open properly. They then had me sign a form with me "admitting I provided the wrong social security number" to the bank. Secondly, their mobile app is garbage. Your payments don't show up until 2-3 days or sometimes more after you have made them, which they will claim is because they haven't "processed, or gone th... read more
I have been banking with First Federal since I opened my first checking account, some time around 2001. And then I got my first mortgage through them, as well. I have always been happy with their service, professionalism and impressed with their ability to keep up with the latest technology, being that they are a small town bank. They even worked with me when I was going through a rough patch. Now my son has his savings account there. I would recommend them to anyone!
