We moved here from a big City and the Customer Service here is far more friendly than other Banks
This bank is hands down the worst bank in Rochester, Indiana. First of all, when I opened my account, the woman who opened it took down the wrong social security number, and then blamed ME when the account couldn't open properly. They then had me sign a form with me "admitting I provided the wrong social security number" to the bank. Secondly, their mobile app is garbage.
