Worst banking experience ever. I've only had my account for 2 weeks. Charged me a return fee because THEY put a hold on a check that cleared the other bank and still refusing to give me MY money. It's been a week. They're holding my funds hostage

I only put 2 stars due to the staff I've ever dealt with cuz everyone is very kind when I do go in to one of the banks. But I do regret switching for a few good reasons. For one the free gift they offer gave u 4 choices and there was only 1 I was actually slightly interested in but they only had 1 and something was wrong with it so just took something that I threw up in a closet somewhere. I have been banking with this bank since they opened in Warsaw so for over approx. 16 years. The last couple years have been honestly disappointing. They never have anyone on Saturdays do what they say they can offer. Their mobile banking is still so far behind, and offers very very little. When my parents passed away it was a nightmare with the bank mainly because the woman we dealt with in the beginning of that process was HEARTLESS and RUDE.
