Worst banking experience ever. I've only had my account for 2 weeks. Charged me a return fee because THEY put a hold on a check that cleared the other bank and still refusing to give me MY money. It's been a week. They're holding my funds hostage

I only put 2 stars due to the staff I've ever dealt with cuz everyone is very kind when I do go in to one of the banks. But I do regret switching for a few good reasons. For one the free gift they offer gave u 4 choices and there was only 1 I was actually slightly interested in but they only had 1 and something was wrong with it so just took something that I threw up in a closet somewhere.
