I just want someone to know about my experience at the First Federal Bank in New Baden, IL. At about fifteen minutes to three in the afternoon, I walked into the bank. No one was there (no other customers in or at the drive up) only the teller and one real estate mortgage representative. I had in hand a sizable check to open an account with the bank (never had one here).
