I have been a customer of First Federal Savings Bank for about 40 years and have been very pleased with the service I have received at the University west side office.
Tellers are very pleasant as well are your managers..if I had a suggestion ,it would be a new way of replacing a debit card if lost or hacked into.I know some banks can issue a card when reported and you don't have to go without one for 2 wks. ..thank you
