I have Banked with this place for 5+ years. Generally have no genuine complaint. That is until I had to dispute a purchase on ebay that I wasn't a part of. For some Evay Live thing that I wasnt even on ebay to see. Dispute went normal until they said nope Ebay is right you have to pay. Im not OK with a Bank letting someone steal my money. Ever. I just want to say Juan Sanchez was an amazing help to me with the loan process.I really appreciate the time and effort he put in it made a huge difference for me. My experience was great. We had a some hoops to jump through but we made it all the way through.
No banking account, but I am my house payment there. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE is great .
