I was given checks from a customer from this bank. When I went to cash the checks they wanted a fee! This is a greedy bank! I had 10 checks from a birthday, this was the only bank that tried charge me a fee out of the 4 banks I went to. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Went to First Federal on First Ave to deposit a bunch of coins, they sent me over to Bellmeade because they have a coin counter. I was greeted by everyone and helped by Kannon, specifically. He was funny, nice, even personally offered me a cookie. While I had a lot of coins, the process was fast and not at all stressful or difficult. The staff also make it a point to get to know their regulars, as someone came in with everyone collectively going "hey, look who it is!" Great service all around.
Do not trust this bank.
