Unfortunately would not recommend. Our card gets hacked nearly every other month and Ruth is extremely rude everytime when I try to ask how this is happening when we don’t have issues at our other bank. She then blames the situation on us and gets defensive. Money just disappears from our account, we have to move every penny into our savings in order to keep it otherwise it’s just done but no transactions show where it’s going. I've been banking with 1st Federal for 10+ years and they've always provided excellent service and excellent rates for personal and business needs.
Wont let someone else deposit a check into your account unless their name is on your account. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of
