Our schedules make it difficult to get to the bank before it closes at 4pm, and my son wanted a new savings account. I went to see Tiffany and she went above and beyond to get all the paperwork ready for his new account and he swooped in at 3:54 and was out with his new savings account by 3:58. Thanks to Tiffany for putting the customer first and for her great service!!

AVOID THIS BRANCH! Every time I go into this branch I get another version of stupid people imposing their screwed-up agenda on me. I EVEN HAD TO DEFEND DEMOCRACY ITSELF WHEN BOTH THE TELLER AND A CUSTOMER AGREED TO GET RID OF IT IN FAVOR OF A DICTATORSHIP !? The branch manager responded with "would you like to close your accounts?" In other words, after 25 years as a customer, get out. ALL the people at this branch need to be promoted to customer (i.e. fired).
After being a customer for nearly 10 years I’m happy to have finally closed my account. Laurence has given myself and my family nothing but difficulty since she started at this branch. It seems like every time I am forced to go in person she is there and she comes up with new hoops for me to jump through or a new ridiculous reason why she can’t deposit a check.
