We paid them $500 to get our house re-appraised to get PMI removed. They said it would. For whatever confusing reason, they aren't removing PMI and we just wasted $500. They have been the biggest headache to deal with and always have been (customer for 3 years). I complain about them more than any other company I've dealt with. I would refinance our mortgage just to get away from them but the interest rates are too high.
I can not say enough good about First Federal Lakewood. Used to live in the Cleveland area, but am temporarily living in Dayton. Did not want to change banks as the Lakewood branch was always so helpful and convenient. Found out there was a branch in Dublin, which is much closer then the Cleveland area. Curt has been my go-to guy in Dublin. He is so helpful and has never disappointed. Customer for life!!!
