We paid them $500 to get our house re-appraised to get PMI removed. They said it would. For whatever confusing reason, they aren't removing PMI and we just wasted $500. They have been the biggest headache to deal with and always have been (customer for 3 years). I complain about them more than any other company I've dealt with. I would refinance our mortgage just to get away from them but the interest rates are too high.
