I love First Federal Lakewood. When they say "community" they mean it! The support and sponsor so many deserving non-profits in the Chagrin Falls area and really make a difference. As far as banking, Carly and the staff at the Chagrin Falls branch just make you feel like family. It's truly an amazing community bank. I highly recommend.

Because I’m an attorney I have had several accounts at First Federal since the Chagrin Falls branch was opened ,perhaps, 15 years ago . In addition to my personal accounts I have an IOLTA account there as well as a payroll account and numerous client centered accounts over that time frame. We are using FFL for a new-home build. Beth Ann Silverman did a great job assisting us since this was our first go-round with building. It takes a lot of work for new home builds, but this is what she specializes in. Plus, they have a high-yield savings account. Moving over my Fifth Third accounts since I hate them.
