These people deserve a -5. I spoke with several individuals who were all rude, harassing, disrespectful and abusive with their tactics. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one. One guy hung up on me bc I wouldn't pay without talking to the manager. I am puzzled as to why this establishment is even still in business.
Very friendly staff! Called in and took my payment without any issues!
