As a first time homebuyer, Stephen was very informative and sweet and made my husband and I feel at ease when it came to this process. There was never a moment where we were confused. It felt amazing that he was always on top of everything in regards to getting the preapproval and getting the paperwork and making sure that everything was sent in. Stephen and his team did an excellent job helping me secure a loan for my condo. We also had a pretty rushed timeline and they were still able to get everything needed to make sure everything was done on time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
