I went to First Fed in Dover and was blessed to get Kylie Austin. My business account was hacked at my other bank and they were not helping much. I decided to switch banks which is very hard to do with a business account and credit cards processing every day. Kylie was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, did everything she needed to do to get me up and running. Thank you very much!
I recently needed to set up a special account for my work at First Federal and could not have been happier with how easy Leslie Riker made the process. It is an unusual account with a couple of special concerns. Great institution.
If I could give this bank zero stars I would. They consistently lock your debit card. I have to call in for a “travel release” every time I want to make my car payment. Anytime I’ve called in or gone in because of these issues I am met with an attitude and poor customer service. This is the third time this month the account has been locked for “suspicious purchases”, which was getting gas at a local gas station. I am switching banks first thing on Monday.
Worst bank! They constantly block your debit card! Can't even use your own money! Switching banks ASAP!!
