Lucky to get a 2 star. Every month I have issues with the app all my bank info is on the app but it won't let me use it to pay my mortgage. When I go in they have me pay a different way, then charge a fee that's almost an extra $100! Without telling me about it. I wish we went thru someone else 😕
Do not make business with them. I spent over 45 min on the phone, spoke to 3 different managers from different branches and no one seems to know how their home banking system works. It is my first mortgage payment and no one seems to even know what I am talking about. I can't wait for my loan to be sold to a different company so I do not have to deal with all these nonsenses / not knowing.
