Stopped by this morning and the atm was closed. Went in and the teller ignored me for the drive up windows even though I was there first. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you". Nothing said as I walked out the door never to return. There are way to many banks to conduct business at this place.
I probably wasted 40 hours this year waiting at the drive through only 20 times and I'm the only one ever there
ve waited WEEKS for a pre-approval. Duane Kilby took forever. Being a first time home buyer I would have thought the process would have gone better. Waterstone mortgage not only got me approved in less than 2 days, they were super polite and considerate. This is literally the last place I would recommend anyone going to.
Everyone is very helpful great place.
