Strong service for both our original mortgage and refinance. Betty was able to clearly lay out the options available for us and explain the various advantages and possible disadvantages of each option. Easy to drop off a payment at their office on my way home from work and save a stamp.

I had a similar experience and that making payments on time every time for over 4 years, they claim the last payment was late and therefore they reflex a 30 date late payment on my credit report. Mind you I'll be 60 years old and have had credit since day one and this is the ONLY blemish on my report. I called and they blatantly refused to do anything about it; and stated it wasn't there fault. So now you know how they treat their customers past and present.
