I used to think it was just banks in general that we're horrible, soulless, rude hellholes. After going to a few different branches I now know it is only this one. The maplewood drive branch of First Federal Bank of Louisiana lacks all common etiquette much less customer service. Not greeted, however met with rudeness whenever YOU inquire to them; they will not ask if you need assistance.
