Always helpful with any situation I have experienced. Very friendly staff of employees. Always makes you feel taken care of.
The staff is very good and answers any banking questions that you may have.
The people at this branch are all extraordinarily welcoming, competent, engaged, professional. I cannot sufficiently emphasize how much they really make a difference in the otherwise mundane experience of a bank visit.
I have been banking here for years, and have stayed a customer despite moving out of the area, because the staff (Debbie especially!) provides such friendly service. Whenever I need help with something, I feel like I am treated like family. It does not have a corporate feel and I never have to wait on hold to reach a staff member. Their fees have slightly increased over the years, but also their mobile technology has improved, so I remain a happy customer. If you are looking for a nice, small-town bank feel, this is it!
This bank was recommended to me by a long-time Beaufort resident and overall the banking and service is excellent. The local tellers and bank personnel are genuinely friendly, always pleasant and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience in the 5 years I've had personal and business accounts there.
