Friendly and helpful
I have been dealing with Wendy Green with first Federal Bank for several several years and have found her to be not only professional and know what she’s doing, but always answered every question I’ve ever had and if she didn’t know the answer she would find it it has been my pleasure and the only reason I am closing my account is I am moving out of state and you don’t have a bank where I’m going or I would stay with First Federal but Wendy is excellent at what she does
Every time I have entered First Federal Bank, I’ve always received great service. Wendy Green has been so helpful each time with replacing my cards and directing me to the right people to speak with. Thank you for all you do!
I'm not generally one to leave a review good or bad, but I just had the most unpleasant experience and they should really reconsider who they have representing their business. They were rude and unpleasant and I'm glad I didn't waste my time discussing opening a bank account with the check I came in to cash. Another bank teller even made a comment to her about how unfriendly and unprofessional her customer service was.
