Worst banking experience of my entire near 40 years of life. I can’t believe this place is even still open-it surely wouldn’t be in any other city. From the moment I stepped foot into the bank I was greeted with red flags: attitude and hostility from the teller, three employees and no customers on a Tuesday at 2 pm, only one teller, a broken water fountain and no other available amenities/refreshments, a 4 pm closing time, and a redundant tablet “sign in” system.
