Every time I have entered First Federal Bank, I’ve always received great service. Wendy Green has been so helpful each time with replacing my cards and directing me to the right people to speak with. Thank you for all you do!
I'm not generally one to leave a review good or bad, but I just had the most unpleasant experience and they should really reconsider who they have representing their business. They were rude and unpleasant and I'm glad I didn't waste my time discussing opening a bank account with the check I came in to cash. Another bank teller even made a comment to her about how unfriendly and unprofessional her customer service was.
