Would give 0 stars if I could, I moved here back in October and according to the bank, you can’t get another bank card if your ID doesn’t have an address that is local to that branch, they really expected me to drive 2 and half hours to where I moved from, to get another debit card, I even offered to show my lease agreement to show I live nearby but that wasn’t good enough, the employee that helped me was new and even she was taken aback by the whole ID and address thing, she was able to offer me a withdrawal and I chose to ... read more
Michele is great. She always does a great job of taking care of all of my banking needs. Without her I would bank elsewhere. She is very good
