After I gave up hope and denied twice by other lenders, I met Christian Huertas and he worked tirelessly and made our hopes and dream come true. Extremely dedicated and will look under rocks and everywhere to look for solutions. A fighter in every sense of the word. Thank you Christian for your dedication.
My husband and I have been involved in the process of getting a mortgage for over a month and still have no idea when we will close. I was told that we were a clean loan and that the process would take 30 days at most. We have been pushed to the back burner, I am assuming, because it’s a small mortgage. When I asked why this is taking so long I was told that they would be happy to withdraw the application. This is not our first time purchasing a home but it has been the worst experience.
This is a review for First Federal of Jacksonville Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, Dina Rosamond. Dina was recommended by a builder for a VA Loan for our elderly parents. We had no idea what this journey would involve but when I say if it weren't for Dina's dedication and determination to our parents future we don't know where would be.
