If the bank had of automaticly put a TOD on everyones account, this way the children could skip Probate all together. This is what a trust was designed to do! So we do not understand why she was not informed of all of this Red Tape. I will say, this was more pleasent bank to deal with than others! Still it should be mandatory to set up a TOD on any account/s. It would save frustration on both sides. She paid good money for a trust that is not being honored.
