What happened to customer service? I do all my mother's banking for her. I even had myself added to her account so I would not be harassed about it. Last week I went to cash a couple of checks for her and was treated as they were hold up notes. I thought their job was to support their customers not harass them. Wow! We opened an account with FFB in Angier when we moved down here 10 months ago. We were looking for a smaller (but with modern online banking abilities) bank with great customer service. We have checking with online bill paying, a SD Box, and recently did a foreign currency order for a vacation which they handled very well.
