We opened an account with FFB in Angier when we moved down here 10 months ago. We were looking for a smaller (but with modern online banking abilities) bank with great customer service. We have checking with online bill paying, a SD Box, and recently did a foreign currency order for a vacation which they handled very well. I definitely feel we get great service from the staff in Angier. Brianna, Josiah, and their new manager Geena are always very helpful and friendly. Place has changed a lot. No more of the small town bank atmosphere. Had a account for years and used to be the best bank in town. Unfortunately they have gone to the corporate ways of banking which drive a lot of people away. Hold checks for over 2 weeks and never had anything bounce or returned for insufficient funds ever. Always had a good account standing. They say this is the new way for everyone they are moving forward with. Will be moving banks soon.
Setting up new accounts was very easy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
