I loved this bank while I was living here. Great service. I was told though to drive all the way up there from where I moved to get it closed and finally I got in touch with Dion and she helped me through it online. What a great person!
Everyone is always helpful . And Debbie at the White Bluff branch has been so caring and helpful with my mother's accounts. She is very passionate and caring with mom knowing how dementia is progressing. And every branch i visit the people are so nice.
Local bank with several branches around the county. Don't show up 10 minutes before closing and get mad, It's a small town bank. Checking, savings, loans and a descent website. People are just a friendly as anyone. CD rates could be better. Overall a safe place to keep your money.
We’ve never had a problem here. We have a checking and savings account as well as a small personal loan. They’ve always been friendly and I like that if I need help with anything, I can talk to someone right here in town and not some call center somewhere. The app can be a little wonky sometimes but nothing too crazy.
