The service at the McEwen and Waverly branches has been outstanding. And they have worked with me multiple times to get me good rates on numerous services. I am glad to have opened the accounts I have with them
I don’t like Chelsea..She is not friendly at all I will be closing my accounts. She is not a bank manager at all…. I know my business means nothing to them but it’s all about how well the staff some of the staff is helpful some not at all… My account was hacked and they did nothing at all I hope in the future they get a manger . I was told I have to payback my account since it is overdrawn.I hope your account doesn’t get hacked because Chelsea was no help at all 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have never used a bank that was so kind and patient and helpful. I love how they always remember me and go above and beyond to help me ! No matter how busy they are, they never rush you or cut you off or get snippy! I will never change banks, they are absolutely the best. I have lived in many states,cities but they are by far the only one who always makes you feel as though they are your friend. They also went out of their way to help me when I was hacked and made everything 'right' by me!!!! ❤️
