Hopefully I have the right place to leave this review. I am in the first federal bank in Delphos and had to make a call to the "home office" where ever that might be, the girl said defiance. I was a customer of commercial bank of delphos for 45 yrs, yes thats right 45 yrs and never had any trouble until first federal took over. I am handicapped and today had to run all the way back to my home to get the # off my checks just to find out why i had recieved a new atm card which i DIDNT ask for and to get the PIN that they told ... read more
