I’ve had a fraudulent charge four months ago and they know it’s fraudulent but still yet twice now they took the money back out of my account and put me in the negative. I’m done with them. They’re the safest bank I’ve ever worked with and I’ll never use them again. I left there today with my bank account in the -$70 and told him I would never pay it and I never will because I don’t owe it Right is right and this is not right and they got a plaque out in front of their building that says Customer comes first what a lie

Customer Service Personell are awesome... however the new change to where I cannot pay my loan on the due date with a debit card from another bank until the loan is late is ridiculous.
