My wife and I own The Transmission Shop, as we have owned our own business's for years and dealt with numerous large & small banks, First Fed in Twin Falls is the best. They have caught fraud on our accounts and taken care of it immediately. The employees are very helpful, business like and just wonderful people. I can call their phone number and always get a response. I would highly recommend First Fed to anyone who want a highly reliable bank that you can trust...

I frequent the falls branch daily and feel like part of the team. They always greet me, they are friendly and have great customer service. I have banked here the entire time I have worked so 19 years now and I will never switch from this awesome bank!
Slow-slow-slow! What would normally take ten min takes these people at this branch thirty to forty. Fortunately they have a good branch manager who takes care of the customer. She Called and gave a plan of action to rectify the slowness. We’ll give them another chance and see how fast they do next time. Thanks First federal for going above and beyond. (Nope still slow as a slug coming down hill)!
