Very unprofessional service, I have business and personal account with the First Federal Bank. So last night I was in Mt. Vernon, Illinois and I had to fix my business truck which it was around $2000, The payment went through, but my business account got flagged, even though I have notified them of my constant travel for business. First federal home loan and specifically Deanne Bailey made our home loan seamless and uncomplicated process. Deanne is extremely responsive to questions, easy to reach and knowledgeable. First fed had some special programs that saved us money in closing costs with the current rates this was a tremendous help!
