I dealt with Alissa and Shantana. Both girls were very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. I made a deposit, transferred money, opened a CD and and discussed my Visa credit card all in a short amount of time. Dealing with First Federal is always a pleasure. Thank you.
You know when you're nervously waiting to be called next to the counter? Well, I got the most amazing woman! 10/10 will secretly be hoping she's the one to call me over next time.
