Today’s visit was….an experience. I came in looking to set up a secured credit card account because my primary bank doesn’t offer them and First Federal seemed to have a couple of decent options AND is a local bank I can visit in-person if any issues arise. While I give them credit for seeing me last minute (about 30 minutes to close), I was over-all under impressed and feel I should’ve gone elsewhere.
