Friendly, but not reliable or trustworthy. If you get defrauded or get your information ripped off you are not protected. They closed my account due to some sort of database breach that caused mass defrauding of my account and others on top of my debit card, constantly being replaced due to the fraud. Sometimes I would have to replace the card before it even gets to me because somebody already ripped the numbers off already. Pretty messed up to punish the victims that get defrauded.
