Awful experience. I went in to seek advice regarding a charge and an accidental overdraft. When they told me they couldn't provide assistance, I said to forget about it and explained how I would resolve the issue myself, either that same day or the next, Nonetheless, they proceeded to contact the fraud department, claiming there was "fraud" and that my account was "compromised," despite my clear statement that no fraud had occurred and all activity originated from my own accounts.
