Love First Farmers. Big bank capability but family feel. Rebecca is the best.
I have worked with First Farmers for years and this branch has some of my favorite employees to work with. Special shout out to Darryl Clark who worked diligently with us to get a house built. Dream come true! Stop in and say hi to some friendly people.
Had to go here today due to our bank (Fifth Third) not knowing what they were doing. We dealt with Orlan Lorton - super super nice man and excellent service. It's strange now-a-days to find a place that appreciates customers - but this is one! We're not a customer but the place that wrote us the check is - they are very fortunate to have this bank as theirs and the people who work there! If we didn't live so far away from any of their offices, we would transfer there in a heart beat! They're SUPER SUPER great people!!!!
Rebecca Mitilineos is an absolute godsend. She took her time with me and walked me through the entire process of handling what to do about my hacked account. It was such a relief and I was so thankful she was there for every step. She was wonderfully pleasant to converse with and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a stressful time.
