I don’t usually write reviews but this bank is truly the best! The employees are always very kind. Jewels helped me set up my account and was very friendly! But the reason that I’m writing the review, my account got overdrawn due to a financial hardship! Once I was able to get my account back in good standing, they refunded the overdraft fees I had incurred, as a courtesy without me even asking! I’ve never heard of any other bank doing this and I really do appreciate it! Will recommend them to everyone from now on! ☺️
