Been a great bank for two years until today. I had turned my overdraft protection off a month ago. Today I chose to turn it back on. They said it was denied because I didn't have direct deposit with my main source of income! Wow. I was going to deposit more money in the account tomorrow. I always put money in the account. I stay in the positive never the negative balance. They just lost my business. I will be getting a new bank account this month. They don't deserve my business. Who says that to any bank customer??
