Way above and beyond the best banking experience I have ever had. Amber helped me set up a new account even though it was Saturday. Super friendly and very helpful. I am very appreciative of the great quality of service.
I wish I could give more stars. The staff at First Farm Bank in Sterling go above and beyond, eager to assist in any way, and always greet me and my kids by name and with a smile. The branch is exceptionally clean, and my kids love coming in on Fridays when they offer freshly baked cookies. Highly recommend!
