This place gone down hill not open Saturday anymore had 2 fraud transactions and never helped nor reimbursement of the money plan to close account soon
Avoid like the plague! Had the absolute worst experience here. Opened a new account and they immediately proceeded to hold all my money hostage and accuse me of fraud. I had to work with their customer service team for days to provide enough documentation to appease them to release the funds. They were then shocked when I asked to close my account.🤦♂️Really a terrible, stressful experience and complete waste of time.

Been a member since 2008. I love this Credit Union, and I think the customer service is top notch. I mostly use their online banking system but when I come in to this branch I always feel welcome.
Absolutely ridiculous being closed the ENTIRE weekend! Not even Saturday hours available for in-person banking. You cater to the entertainment industry. You NEED to be open on weekends. Now due to my work schedule and your being closed the ENTIRE weekend I'll have a non-working ATM card and no access to cash for food or gas until Wednesday!!!
