DO NOT GO HERE! Lady in the first office has no idea what she is doing. Has to call her supervisor for every question and acts like she knows what she’s talking about when in fact has no clue what she’s doing. Rude and stuck up. Went in to do a payoff, they did not complete the payoff for 4 weeks later. Had to call and pester to get an update on where my title was and then when finally getting to the bottom of it, they apologized and said they never finished the payoff. They used to be great, but their customer service and offerings are essentially the same as the big banks now. Their customer service is awful now and they now have the same shady/predatory practices as bigger banks. Look elsewhere if you're interested in a credit union with integrity.
We've been to 4 different locations at different times and always get incredible service. They are always courteous, respectful and helpful!
