When I got my first car I called FI to make sure my loan was approved, they said yes. I bought the car and then they said I was not approved. One sweet employee had to FIGHT to let me have it. I've been a member for over 30 years, taken out multiple auto loans in that time, utilized the auto broker, handled basic checking & savings needs, had personal loans and a Visa credit card with this company. Honestly, I cannot believe how difficult my recent experiences have been. I would typically suggest a Credit Union is a great option to find competitive rates, fulfill banking needs, etc... but it appears the most basic, fundamental requests can no longer be accomplished with this one.
